- Choose the training package that fits your goals (80/20 plan, or White Glove Plan)
- Complete Your Intake Form
- You’ll receive a quick questionnaire about your current fitness level, nutrition habits, goals, and preferences.
- Personalized Plan Creation
- Every Sunday I’ll build your customized program including:
- Daily calorie & macro targets
- 4–5 tailored workouts per week
- Progress tracking strategies

- Access Your Program
- You’ll receive your program digitally (PDF), so you can start immediately.
- Ongoing Support
- Bi-Weekly check-ins to monitor progress and adjust your plan.
- Access to messaging for questions, accountability, and motivation.
- Track Results & Adjust
- Every 2–4 weeks, we’ll review your progress and make updates to your workouts or nutrition so you keep moving forward.
- Achieve Your Goals
- With consistent effort, expert guidance, and built-in accountability, you’ll see lasting results. This plan requires a minimum commitment of 4 weeks, but 3 months minimum is recommended.
